Snap shot | The Keys Federation Working Group | ‘Inside Out’ model

The Federation Working Group, a team of staff from all sectors across the organisation, have worked tirelessly to improve outcomes for all who are part of their MAT. Using the ‘inside out’ model, they have agreed and facilitated change throughout our schools.

For example: enabling job shadowing so that staff can further their own knowledge; understanding and effectiveness of their role in partner schools; improving opportunities for staff well-being; and providing leadership opportunities for aspirational staff in any role, within or across the schools, thus providing the MAT with a sustainable workforce.

The Working Group has plans to expand in order to further value the pupil and stakeholder voice in order to provide an exceptional experience for all that enter their schools.
