Case Study - The Keys Federation | Award Nomination 2016

Jenny Adams, Director of Academy Excellence
The Keys Federation

Practice:
Jenny has led on the ‘Spirit of Purpose’ project since its infancy; designing, coordinating and co-facilitating its delivery to every member of staff within the organisation. Every member of staff within the MAT is entitled to a passport of personalized CPD opportunities which help them to improve in all aspects of their role (this is known as the’ Spirit of Purpose’). By linking Performance Management targets and staff requested learning opportunities, a menu of bespoke twilight sessions have been published for staff to access each term.

Impact:
The ‘Spirit of Purpose’ has ensured that every member of staff at every layer of the organisation can access purposeful, personalised, specific CPD which enables The Keys Federation Academy Trust to ‘unlock their potential’ and therefore provide the highest calibre of staff. This in turn promotes collaboration across the four schools which ensures that the MAT can provide the very best education for the children in its care.
