It will highlight actionable research that trusts can use to support school leaders to embed in their schools to improve attainment, while improving relationships and wellbeing.

Robin Banerjee is Professor of Developmental Psychology at the University of Sussex and a leading expert on children’s social and emotional development. He led the BBC-partnered “Kindness Test”, the world’s largest public study on kindness, and his research helps schools foster positive relationships, resilience and wellbeing including looking at the positive impact on attainment.
