Three women are engaged in conversation in a brightly lit indoor space, possibly a conference or event. The woman on the left wears a white t-shirt with text and has blond hair. The woman in the middle is in a black dress, dark hair, and holding brochures. The woman on the right has dark hair, glasses, a dark dress with floral details, and a beige purse.

Who we are

Whole Education grows networks of confident and capable leaders who build schools that provide a rigorous whole education so that everyone thrives in a transforming world.

We know that we are living in increasingly complex and volatile times. Trusts, schools, local authorities, teachers, parents, and students face challenges for which they often feel unprepared. A whole education equips people with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions they need not only to navigate these challenges, but to grow, adapt, and succeed through them.

Our vision extends beyond students alone. We believe that every individual matters and that adults in schools deserve a whole education too. Teachers and leaders should have opportunities to develop their expertise, feel ownership and agency in their work, and be sustained through strong, connected networks.

At our heart, we are an international network of educational leaders committed to a common purpose: giving every learner and every educator the chance to flourish in life, learning, and work.
