Meet our Strategic Partners — Elklan

Elklan provides effective and accessible training to ensure everyone in a child’s network can support their speech, 

language and communication. The courses support development for all children and young people, including those with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN). Elklan provides solutions at MAT and Local Authority levels. Over 85,000 practitioners have been accredited through Elklan courses.

Elklan’s core courses will equip school staff with knowledge and practical strategies to support the children they work with at a universal and targeted level. The whole-school training (CFS) facilitates lead communication practitioners to cascade essential knowledge and strategies they have learnt from the core course to all the staff within their school or setting. In completing CFS, the whole setting will become an inclusive environment that supports the communication and language development of its pupils and their families.
