Primary Panel Discussion: What it means to be a Whole Educator at Primary (now taking place in Room 9)

Join a panel of primary leaders from the Whole Education network for a reflective discussion on supporting staff to reconnect with purpose and joy in their work.

Amid ongoing pressures and demands, many educators are feeling stretched and disconnected. This session will explore how schools are creating the conditions for staff to feel valued, supported, and inspired once again.

Each leader will share a short insight from their own school before opening up to a facilitated conversation. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from peers who are navigating similar challenges.

Panelists include:

  • James Royal, Blackrod Church School

  • Amelia Smith
    • Rachel Sykes, Voyage Education Partnership
    • Karl Cross, Barrowford Primary School
