Secondary Panel Discussion: What it means to be a Whole Educator at Secondary

Join a panel of secondary leaders from the Whole Education network to explore what it means to be a Whole Educator in a secondary school context.

As the needs of young people evolve, how can educators equip them with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions they need to thrive in life, learning, and work? This session will explore what it takes to be a Whole Educator and how schools are building cultures that support both staff and students.

Panelists will share insights from their own settings before opening up to a facilitated discussion. You will have the chance to ask questions, contribute your experiences, and connect with others who are passionate about a whole education approach.

Panelists include:

  • Andy Sprakes, XP East

  • Rob Grover, Meridian Trust

  • Danielle Clough, Aspire Federation
