Conferences

Our conferences are an opportunity to connect and collaborate with education leaders from across the country. With carefully curated expert speakers who embody the Whole Education philosophy, each event features thought-provoking sessions designed to inspire reflection, challenge perspectives, and ignite innovative thinking. Held in-person at venues nationwide, our conferences offer a vibrant space to explore the latest leadership insights, trends, and cutting-edge approaches in education. It’s a chance to engage with forward-thinking ideas, share best practices, and leave energised to drive meaningful change in your school.

Upcoming conferences include:

Mary Ward House, London | Thursday 6th March 2025
Whole Education and Schools of Tomorrow are delighted to be collaborating on this spring conference on 6th March 2025 at Mary Ward House in London. This day conference aims to explore, understand and challenge our thinking on the importance of schools as centres of community with confirmed keynote sessions from Jon Yates and Darren McGarvey.

Royal Armouries Leeds | 25th April 2025

This year we are delighted to be supporting The Next Decade Conference, which will bring leading experts together for a day of Next Decade thinking. Renowned author and broadcaster Matthew Syed will set the tone for the day before a wide array of experts will take platforms on inclusion, creativity, unconditional positive regard, levelling-the-playing-field and what we can learn from research. Leaders and practitioners will be immersed in philosophies, provoked to challenge perspectives and practice and will have the opportunity to forge connections with other like-minded individuals.

Headspace

Headspace is our annual in-person event for Headteachers from Whole Education Member Schools. This year’s event took place on 21st November and had the theme of Leadership: Unlocking the potential for growth. We were joined by three inspirational speakers: Vic Goddard, Monica Austin and Dr Ben Knight. The day was designed to bring together headteachers together from across our network to reflect, think deeply and be challenged on how we approach leadership in our institutions.
