Developing your Inclusion Bases

Meeting increasingly complex needs in mainstream settings is not only the reality, and it’s not only the government’s direction of travel. When done well, it’s a step towards the inclusive society we would all like to see.

About our programme

Whole Education supports schools to open or develop these provisions, strengthening leadership, staff expertise, and pupil outcomes. This programme guides school leaders in evaluating, planning, and developing your Inclusion Bases. It is designed for SRPs, informal provisions, and all schools seeking to enhance SEND leadership and practice.

Who is it for

  • Senior leaders, headteachers, and SENCOs

  • Action planning: Session with Natalie Packer, creation of a strategic action plan, and expert feedback with practical tools.

  • Professional learning: Termly network sessions, specialist SEND support, and access to 100+ resources in our Digital Community.

  • Network: Join 1,000+ schools for advice, peer support, and collaboration through online and in-person events.

Want to get involved?

For all the support listed above, we are charging just £625 for an 18-month partnership (March 2026-August 2027), or £429 for schools who are already members of Whole Education.

We have discounts for schools going through the programme together (i.e. within a MAT or federation of schools) and for small schools who wish to benefit.

Our next partnership will begin on March 16th 2026, with our online  launch – we hope you will join us.
