Introduction to Whole Education

Curious about Whole Education and how it supports school and trust leaders to thrive in challenging times?

This welcome session offers an introduction to our purpose, our work and our growing international network.

We are living in increasingly complex and volatile times. Leaders are navigating fast changing expectations, competing pressures and deep uncertainty. A rigorous holistic education offers a way of thinking and working that supports confident decision making, strong cultures and sustainable leadership.

Whole Education grows networks of confident and capable leaders who build schools providing a rigorous whole education, so that everyone thrives in a transforming world. We believe every individual matters, and that adults in schools deserve a whole education too. Leaders need space to deepen their expertise, exercise agency and feel sustained by connected, purposeful networks.

In this session, you will hear about the work Whole Education does across schools, trusts and local authorities, explore how leaders engage with our programmes and communities, and learn how you can get involved. It is an opportunity to understand who we are, what we stand for and how we support leaders to create the conditions in which everyone can thrive.
