If you need a quiet room throughout the day, please come to a member of the Whole Education team who can see if there is anything available for you.

On 8th July, we have a delegate with a severe orange allergy. We will be operating a no oranges policy (including all types or oranges and orange juice) within the conference venue.

Parking

All delegates, speakers and staff will be entitled to free parking but you have to register for this. All university car parks have Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and by booking in advance (or on the day using a QR code in the venue) you won't be charged for your parking.

Please use this link and these instructions to do this. 

1. Fill in “Personal Details”, check the “Booking Summary” is correct.

2. Select your arrival and departure date & time. They recommend you select an earlier / later than planned time for arrival and departure, to ensure you have enough time for your parking needs, even if you are not parked for the entire period.

3. Add the promotional code : RQBDB (this promotional code will then reduce the price to £0.00)
