Beth Tanton

Beth Tanton is Director of SEND at the Compass Eko Trust. With extensive experience across a range of roles, including many years as a SENCO, she now works alongside leaders and teams to develop inclusive practice across the trust's 28 schools.

Beth wants everyone in the school community to know they belong. She is particularly passionate about bringing the expertise of special schools into mainstream settings, helping schools remove barriers, build confidence, and embed adaptive approaches that enable every child and young person to thrive.
