Caroline Essame

Caroline Essame is a child development specialist with extensive experience in clinical practice, education and international development. Trained in occupational therapy and arts therapy and with a Master’s in Education she is the founder of Developmental Play, a new paradigm in child development. She is the Director of the CreateCATT Academy that offers training and consultancy across the globe and is an associate lecturer at Singapore University of Social Sciences. Based in the UK she works with children with complex needs and supports schools to build curriculum around individual needs.
