The 2026 SENCo, navigating changing tides — Kelly Nash
Kelly's input will be routed in changing practice in Maiden Erlegh Trust:
Acknowledging we are in a time of change so identifying the tools we have to approach this positively/joyously/be solution focused
Considering the impact of 'problem talk' discourse (publicly and in our staff rooms) and how we can flip the narrative...
How a focus on getting right the culture and mindset, quality of education and being part of system solutions will be strong foundations to withstand any changes thrown our way
