Michael Stevenson

Michael Stevenson leads worldwide innovation in education policy and programmes. He founded and continues to co-ordinate the OECD High Performing Systems for Tomorrow initiative, publishing the Education for human flourishing framework in November 2025. Michael’s focus is now on implementing Education for human flourishing. He is Founding Director of the Institute of Human Flourishing at Wellington College in England and Senior Adviser, International Baccalaureate.
