Paul Grimes

Paul is Executive Headteacher of the Hub School and Director of Inclusion for The Education Alliance, with over 15 years’ experience in SEND and Inclusion leadership. His expertise includes inclusive education, SEND, behaviour and Relational Practice, with a focus on creating cultures where children and young people feel safe, understood and able to thrive. Paul has also supported strategic developments in Alternative Provision and SEND through collaborative work with schools and local authorities.
