Manor Hall Trust is a group of 16 specialist schools across six local authorities, supporting many pupils with complex needs and disabilities, and pupils excluded from mainstream education. Founded in 2015, it has grown into a collaborative network with a strong values-based approach: “Everyone. Belongs, Learns, Grows.”These values guide everything including; staff development, appraisal, talent-sharing, networking and digital transformation. The Trust is at an interesting point, considering its future identity, to remain a Specialist School Trust or evolve into a Mixed Multi-Academy Trust. We will share the story of our growth and how are values are guiding our latest developments.
