In this session Gary will take trust leaders what simple, impactful things trust leaders can to to better align work on T&L across your schools to be most impactful including existing opportunities through the network.

Gary Aubin is a SEND specialist, author and former trust-wide Director of SEND. He wrote The Lone SENDCO and The Parent’s Guide to SEND (2025) and supports schools and the EEF in developing evidence-based inclusive practice.
