Secondary Panel Discussion: Leading a Secondary School in Times of Changing Demographic and Limited Resource

Join secondary leaders from the Whole Education network for a timely conversation about leading schools through demographic shifts and tightening resources.

How are school leaders adapting to changing pupil populations, increased complexity of need, and ongoing financial pressures? This session will explore how schools are responding creatively and strategically to do more with less while staying true to their values.

Each leader will share a brief insight from their own context before opening up to a facilitated discussion. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, exchange ideas, and reflect together on what effective leadership looks like in this challenging climate.

Panelists include:

  • Vic Goddard, Passmores Academy

  • Scott Ratheram, The Education Alliance
