Our Early Years Programme brings together trust leaders, school leaders and Early Years leaders who are placing Early Years at the heart of long-term educational success. 

The programme embeds sustainable, self-improving systems within schools and across trusts in ways that are manageable, motivating and meaningful. This work strengthens Early Years provision and improves outcomes for children, laying strong foundations for success throughout their education.
