Leading a holistic education: Castledon School

This regular network session shares the live work of schools, creating space to learn from practice, reflect together and deepen our collective understanding of holistic education.

On 4 March, the session will focus on Castledon School and its approach to careers education. Castledon has developed a learner centred careers curriculum designed to build skills, confidence, self belief and resilience for future employment and lifelong learning. The curriculum is shaped by the Gatsby Benchmarks and the CDI Quality Framework and is strengthened through the Skills Builder Hub and Talentino programmes.

Participants will hear directly from the school about how this approach supports learners to make sense of their strengths and aspirations, and how careers education can be woven into a wider culture of purposeful learning.
