Learning Exchange Visits

Learning Exchange Visits give you the opportunity to step inside schools and trusts to see culture and practice in action. More than a tour, these visits allow you to experience first-hand how values and ethos shape policy and how this translates into the daily life of learners, teachers and leaders.

As a visitor, you will:

• Gain fresh insights into how different trusts approach leadership, learning and culture

• See innovative practice and policy brought to life across classrooms and schools

• Reflect on your own context through the lens of appreciative enquiry

• Build connections with leaders facing similar challenges and opportunities

A range of visits are held across the year in different regions. You can select those most relevant to your priorities or attend multiple visits to explore a wider variety of approaches.

Learning Exchange Visits are included as part of Headteacher, School and Trust Network Membership.
