By fostering peer networks and structured collaboration, the programme enables LAs to unlock leadership potential and share best practice across schools, improving outcomes for children with SEND.

Our programme provides LAs with data-driven insights and evidence-informed frameworks to guide decision-making. Self-evaluation tools and action-planning frameworks help LAs identify strengths, address gaps, and drive targeted school improvement initiatives.

Alongside evaluation and planning, Whole Education delivers ready-made professional development for SEND leaders. This equips both LA and school leaders with the knowledge and skills to implement sustainable change, collaborate effectively across the system, remove barriers, and improve consistent lived experiences for children with SEND.
