Our Headteachers’ Away Day (formerly Headspace) is designed as a rare pause in the busy school year, offering headteachers the space to reconnect with their purpose, their peers, and themselves. Rooted in wellbeing, this day of reflection and connection will take place in the tranquil setting of Regent’s University London, beside the calm of Regent’s Park.
This year, we’re delighted to welcome:
James Pope, Founder of HEADSUP4HTS, who will lead a session on connecting to our purpose and strengthening the networks of support that sustain us.
Gary Aubin, who will invite us to reimagine our vision for SEND and explore the vital role headteachers play in bringing people together to make that vision a reality.
Expect a restorative blend of thought-provoking discussion, open conversation, and time outdoors, all centred on your wellbeing and leadership journey.
