Making Change Stick — Dr. James Mannion (9.45am-11.35am)

Implementing change is complex, but it doesn't have to be complicated. In this extended workshop, Dr James Mannion will draw on his acclaimed book Making Change Stick to share a clear, three-phase framework for sustainable school improvement. You'll explore practical strategies – from building a slice team and diagnosing root causes, to running PDSA cycles and knowing when to pivot – that you can apply from Monday morning. Whether you're leading a whole-school initiative or a single team project, this session will give you the tools, the language, and the confidence to make change stick.
