Kelsey Clark-Davies

Kelsey is National Director of Inclusion at Anthem Schools Trust, where she leads on the strategic development of inclusive practice and SEND provision across the trust’s 15 schools. Kelsey has over 30 years’ experience, specialising in working with children and families in both the mainstream and SEMH specialist education sector, as well as Local Authority executive leadership in Inclusion & Safeguarding.

Kelsey is a positive, solution focused system leader with a passion for ensuring every child, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds or those who have experienced trauma, receives the rigorous support and educational experience they deserve in order to ensure they reach their full potential. Committed to working closely with wider sector leaders to develop sustainable models of inclusion, Kelsey has particular expertise in driving relational approaches, supporting students with SEMH needs and also around developing Inclusion Bases.
