About the speaker
Ben is a facilitator who designs workshops for teams of education leaders to make collaborative decisions on strategy and make tangible change stick. He taught mathematics for 13 years in secondary schools in the south east of England holding roles in pastoral, curriculum in schools and educational technology across a growing trust. Ben's approach to facilitation is grounded in co-creation and inclusive practices to allow everyone to contribute.
