Drawing on his work with Co-op Academies Trust and his experience leading In-School Alternative Provision, Dan explores how metacognition can empower even the most vulnerable students to take ownership of their learning.

Dan Conley is Director of In-School AP at Co-op Academies Trust and founder of Smart Learning School. He works nationally with organisations including Impetus and The Difference to help schools remove barriers and re-engage students at risk of exclusion.
