With a rich background spanning education leadership, management, and research, Eleanor brings practical expertise as a consultant, coach, and current Strategic Lead for the APSEND National MAT CEOs Network. Her work supports school and trust leaders navigating growth and change, underpinned by her ongoing PhD research on executive leadership in Multi Academy Trusts.
