Esther Messinger is the SEND MAT Leader and Deputy Headteacher at Cathedral Schools Trust, where she leads on inclusion across a family of schools. With a strong focus on equitable access, Esther brings expertise in SEND leadership and whole-school strategy.
George Barlow is Principal at both Belgrave St. Bartholomew’s Academy and St. Michael’s Community Academy. A passionate advocate for digital learning, he is also an Apple Professional Learning Specialist, supporting schools nationally to embed technology in meaningful and inclusive ways.
