Termly online sessions for Teaching Assistants, sharing key aspects of high-quality and evidence-informed practice. Individuals or groups of TAs can sign up to any or all sessions and a recording will be available afterwards on the Digital Network.
This second session will explore how to help pupils with SEND become less reliant, more resilient. How support staff can use small shifts to build independence and emotional literacy.
Hosted by Cassie Young. Cassie is the Inclusion Executive Officer at Our Community Multi Academy Trust, where she has played a key role in embedding inclusive practices across a diverse group of schools. Cassie will deliver all of these sessions.
