Termly online sessions for Teaching Assistants, sharing key aspects of high-quality and evidence-informed practice. Individuals or groups of TAs can sign up to any or all sessions and a recording will be available afterwards on the Digital Network.
This final session will explore how understanding the ‘why’ behind some behaviour and how support staff can de-escalate, pre-empt and respond calmly.
Hosted by Cassie Young. Cassie is the Inclusion Executive Officer at Our Community Multi Academy Trust, where she has played a key role in embedding inclusive practices across a diverse group of schools. Cassie will deliver all of these sessions.
