A series for leaders keen to explore MAT SEND Leadership. 

This session will have a focus on planning and organising across a MAT, in relation to identification, resourcing, monitoring and enacting a graduated response.

Hosted by Simon Tanner. Simon is the Director of Inclusion at Authentic Education. He brings over a decade of hands-on SEND leadership, including roles as SENDCo, MAT SEND leader, and Trust director of SEND.
