National LA Leadership Network
The Whole Education National LA Leadership Network brings together local authority leaders from across the country to share expertise, challenge thinking, and collaborate with leading researchers, partner organisations, and specialists in SEND and Early Years. The network is designed to support leaders’ professional development while exploring how to strengthen partnerships with schools, align strategic priorities, and deploy resources more effectively across localities.
The network operates through our Digital Community, with virtual meetings throughout the year, face-to-face regional events, and time together at our conferences.
Network structure and benefits:
Year-round access to network members, resources, and training through the Digital Network
Three consultancy calls per year
A minimum of three online system leader events
One regional network event annually for up to five colleagues

The network enables leaders to connect daily practice with the development of specialist skills and dispositions that drive organisational change.
