Programmes

At Whole Education, our programmes are designed to enable schools, trusts and Local Authorities to build the confidence, capacity and systems they need to thrive.

Each programme creates space for collaboration, reflection and innovation. Together, they support educators to embed sustainable change, strengthen leadership and improve outcomes for all learners. Whether the focus is on the foundations of Early Years, strengthening SEND provision or exploring classroom practice through research and reflection, our programmes are grounded in the belief that education can be better for everyone.

Early Years

The Early Years School Improvement programme, developed with national Early Years experts and in collaboration with schools, trusts and Local Authorities across the Whole Education network, supports leaders to establish sustainable, self-improving systems for Early Years provision.

Delivered virtually, the programme brings leaders together to share practice, challenge thinking and build common language. It embeds approaches that strengthen Early Years provision across schools, trusts and localities, improving outcomes for children and laying strong foundations for long-term success.

SEND

The SEND School Improvement programme supports leaders and system experts to establish sustainable, self-improving systems for SEND.

Grounded in collaboration and peer review, the programme mobilises expertise that already exists within schools and local systems. Delivered over a three-year period, it strengthens SEND provision across localities and trusts and supports consistent, high-quality experiences for children with SEND. The programme is available to both Local Authorities, MATs and individual and groups of schools.
