What If Thriving Doesn’t Require More Certainty? — Janine Matho

What if thriving is not something that happens once conditions improve? What if it is a capacity we intentionally build together? In this interactive session, Janine Mathó will explore what helps people remain grounded, hopeful, and effective during times of change and uncertainty, while continuing to learn, grow, and lead with purpose. Then, together, we will examine what thriving asks of us as leaders. You'll identify the capabilities most needed in your context and leave with a practical conversation you can bring back to your teams, schools, and communities.
