Emma Shackleton is a behaviour specialist with a background in mainstream and alternative provision, including 15 years supporting permanently excluded students in an Inner City PRU. She is the founder of Beacon School Support, where she helps schools and families tackle behaviour and SEMH challenges. Emma is also the co-host of the popular podcast School Behaviour Secrets, sharing practical strategies that make a real difference in classrooms.
